All YLEM timepieces are shipped fully insured and securely packaged.
Domestic and international delivery options are available at checkout.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Domestic: 2–5 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Please note: Orders may require additional verification and handling time.

Returns

Due to the limited nature of each YLEM release, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe there is an issue with your timepiece or delivery, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and sent in original packaging.
